We had to place my Mother-in-law in a nursing home in Solon, Iowa and needed to sell her home of 52 years as soon as possible. After 52 years there was an accumulation of items that needed to be discarded and of course some cleaning that needed to take place. Sue guided us through that process and her understanding of the desires and needs of potential buyers proved in valuable. Once the house was put in shape Sue scheduled an open house and an offer and sale resulted . Sue’s understanding of the Omaha market was invaluable as she listed the house at what turned out to be the selling price and the appraised value.
